Good location, good-looking place
Not easy to find keys, the "support" on the phone was not pleasant, constantly interrupting every sentence and insisting the key is super easy to find (even though it wasn't for 2 adults looking for it), that building has all the numbers on the front (even though it doesn;t). The water in the apartament was either cold or super hot. Very difficult to bath kids. The free cosmetics were 4 bottles of 20ml size, barely enough for a couple for 3 days. We had to buy our own stuff after a day.
