Bardzo miła obsługa obiektu. Położenie w dobrej lokalizacji, w pobliżu plaża, sklepy i punkty gastronomiczne. Miejsca parkingowe bezpośrednio przed obiektem. Pokoje bardzo czyste. Do dyspozycji gości dodatkowe leżaki, parawany i zabawki plażowe dla dzieci.

Lokalizacja blisko Kołobrzegu, ale cicha i spokojna okolica, blisko morza. Możliwość korzystania bezpłatnie z rowerów, blisko mocno uczęszczane ścieżki rowerowe. Pokój skromny, ale zawierający wszystko co niezbędne (mała lodówka, czajnik, talerze, szklanki, sztućce, kawa, herbata, płyn do mycia naczyń). Możliwość grania w bilard :) Wszystko zgodne z opisem.
