The property has four bedrooms with two en-suite (2 king beds, 1 queen and a bunk bed) , three bathrooms, a heated 36x20' pool, outdoor shower with dressing room, sauna, 2 kayaks, an amazing landscaping, cabana with TV/sink/fridge, outdoor gorgeous deck with beach chairs for sunbathing, white sand beach with shells recreational corner area with firepit, multiple teak outdoor tables for romantic or family , breakfast, lunches and dinners, brand new grill (propane) and master bedroom facing the pool. All four bedrooms has smart TV's and A/C, a small workout room in the lower floor, waterfall quartz kitchen island with brand new top of the line stainless steel appliances and a kitchenette in the lower floor plus two additional TV'S in the two living rooms and 5 mini splits A/C units. All brand new oak floors. Internet is super fast ! SONOS music system indoor & outdoor.
It is weekly serviced with housekeeping , pool and gardening maintenance . Property is under 24/24 outdoor video surveillance to monitor possible accidents and intruders that can violate guests tranquillity and serenity during their stay.

Ivan went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. We’re coming again! House is great. Internet speed is blazing fast. House has tons of extras for fun. Neighborhood is quiet and upkeep is immaculate.

The pics don't really do this house justice. The House is kept immaculate, and the owner was a pleasure to work with. This is a no brainer for anyone looking for quality in EastHampton!

"We have been traveling to the Hampton's for over 30 years and have stayed in literally dozens of properties over the years.
This was our first experience renting a vacation home on VRBO and this home was just amazing! Absolutely fabulous! The house is filled with light, beautifully furnished, and everything used in the house is of the best quality. We were so happy with our choice. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!! The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed cooking together.
We made it every evening the 3 blocks to the beach for sunset (and most mornings for a sunrise walk). The village was wonderful for walking, coffee, meals and shopping.
