Magiczny budynek z magicznym ogrodem na dachu. Sam lokal to kraftowa piwnica, choć jest raczej na poziomie bardzo niskiego parteru. Niezwykle pomocny gospodarz. Lokalizacja idealna. Psyrri jest fantastyczne, do tego przy Monastiraki, blisko także do Akropolu i Plaki. Miejsce jest przyjazne pieskom.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The dining table is huge made of solid wood as for knights. Kids love it. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The shower water mentioned in the comments is easily wiped off with a jogger. Beautiful and unusual ambience outside. Mosquito nets have been installed and there are power cartridges against them if needed. Everything is close on foot. The bosses are friendly and easily accessible by phone and there is even an office across the street. It has a large terrace at the top of the house and is a real botanical garden.

The only thing that can be heard a little louder at night are passers-by and cars, because the accommodation is at street level. That's the only reason I didn't leave a grade of 10. But if you prepare for it, it doesn't matter. Great value for money.

The apartment is located at a zero floor of a graffiti-building in the beautiful graffiti-building in the heart of the Psyrri district. It is very large, cozy and nice. There is a kitchen, a big conference table with chairs, a large sofa and a large bed. There is no air conditioner there, but a fan is provided and in combination with the zero floor there is not very hot there. There are cafes and restaurants in 3-5 mins walking. I'd recommend this apartment for your stay in the beautiful Psyrri district of Athens!

I'd say that there were no drawbacks as such, but just a few things that I'd advice to improve. For example, there was no hand soap and any shower gel. Maybe it would be better to put at least hand soap in the bathroom. And a couple of other things that were not so comfortable for us (but not critical): - the shower is arranged directly on the floor and between the bathroom door and the toilet. So, the floor remains slippery for some time after taking the shower and it is not comfortable to go to the toilet through the puddle of water; - the traffic was rather active at night, so, from time to time there was some noise outdoors, however, we understand that it is nothing more than a specific property of the district, rathan than a drawback of the apartment itself.

Knowing nothing about Athens, the location seemed excellent. We were walking distance from the spots I wanted to visit. There is a full-sized fridge, something I usually don't find when travelling. We had a good breakfast at Zampano, on the opposite corner of the same block. We got in without a reservation but we saw people after us get turned away.

On our last morning, we found two ticks on our bed: one alive, one dead. Thankfully, neither were attached to us. I'm not sure where they came from; the room was clean and appeared to be pest-free, other than a mosquito or two that we probably let in. There is a patio upstairs that we could use but there were far too many mosquitos for us to be comfortable. The shower gets the bathroom floor wet but this is common in Greece. The squeegee on a stick helped minimise the mess. Guests may want to bring flipflops. We were shown how to turn on the water heater and then told they want it off the rest of the time. I suggest they charge a couple euros more per night and leave it on all of the time.
