4 bedrooms, 1 suite and two bathrooms.
All rooms have fans and a double bed and a single.
Kitchen with freezer and refrigerator, household items.
For 12 people. Pool with waterfall and large kiosk with barbecue and wood oven. Central Bureau of cement. It was recently renovated.
We do not accept animals.
House well located on Avenue corner.

Muito aconchegante, ampla e espaçosa. Limpeza excelente!!! Super indico para famílias com grande quantidade de pessoas. A proprietária super atenciosa, paciente, tirou todas as minhas dúvidas e atendeu todas as minhas solicitações. A propriedade fica próxima a praia que é perfeita na minha opinião, toda instruturada com banheiros, playground, academia para idosos, local exclusivo para idosos ficarem devido o sol, a areia bem limpa. Tudo muito bom mesmo👏�
