The hotel is in a great location, right outside a tram stop
It was very clean and comfortable
Coffee machine was broke, I reported it but nothing was done about it so no coffee for our stay.
Struggled to control the temperature in the room.

The room is clean, bed is comfortable. There was blackout curtains in the room. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was really good, I was surprised they served the breakfast during Christmas.
The sewing kit gave me a chance to fix my coat button. Washing machine was clean and I got the chance to clean all my dirty clothes from the trip.
There's no microwave and wine glass in the room.

Well located and the room was nice and comfortable.
There was no kettle for hot water. The coffee machine can make hot water but it smelled like coffee and wasn’t boiling hot…
