Charming 2 Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of Paris

The location is in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Pres. We love the 6th arrondissement on the left bank of the Seine, which exuberates with architectural charm. Historically this neighborhood epitomizes the intellectual, artistic, and literary soul of Paris.

There are no wardrobes/drawers for your clothes. There is a clothes rack with few hangers in the living area. The washing machine is not working. For the keys, we collected the keys from the grocery shop which was located 1/2km away from the proprty. It's inconvenient when you have to lug big suitcases.

some of the dishes were a little dirty. everything else was super clean!

Location and value were excellent. It was quaint but a tight fit for four people. Surrounded by cafés, boulangeries, brasseries and galleries, this property is perfect for one or two couples wanting to soak in the Paris experience. Steps from Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter.

The apartment had a damp, musty smell that was difficult to get rid of. Neighbors above seemed very noisy late at night, loud footfalls and banging above from about 10pm until midnight.

There was no connection with anyone just a property management company. We were asked to depart at 9am and the shop with the keysafe did not open until 10am. the property only had 1 set of keys. The decor and the furniture were pretty tired and need updating- although they were clean the pillows etc were old. there was also a dirty tea towel, dishes that were not fully clean and pots left in the drainer when we arrived. i assume the property had been cleaned but not to a great standard.
