Finca Sa Pradera

Absolutely everything was great. The house is beautiful, spacious and really well kept, with pretty much everything you could possibly need. The location is quite remote, so having a car is definitely recommended. The pool was spotless and regularly maintained, and the beds were so comfy, especially if, like me, you're a fan of a medium-firm mattress. The air con was an absolute godsend in the Mallorcan heat. The house is very close to the airport, so you do get some plane noise, which might bother some people. For us, though, a pair of decent comfy earplugs worked wonders and we still slept like babies. And then there's Jaume, the host, an absolute superstar. So friendly, easy to contact and genuinely goes out of his way to help if you need anything. Couldn't ask for better. The free-roaming chickens were also a massive highlight. 🐔 They basically became part of the holiday entertainment. If I had one tiny suggestion, it would be to have a small handheld vacuum available. With all the beach trips, sand inevitably ends up everywhere (including in the rental car, where apparently they charge you for cleaning if it's not up to their standard), so it would have been handy for keeping things tidy and giving the car a quick clean before returning it. But honestly, we managed perfectly well without one. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would 100% come back. Beautiful place, lovely host, comfy beds, chickens and sunshine, what's not to like? ❤️

The mosquitoes.......... but there are insect repellants around the house. The ants, but it's nature, keep your food sealed numnuts! The heat..... but there's aircon 😎

De privacy, wij waren met 6 vrienden en genoten enorm van de privacy en het eigen zwembad. We konden muziek luisteren en meezingen zonder dat er ook maar mensen last van hadden. Verder was het mega groot en super schoon. Zeker een aanrader !!

Het enige dat ik kan bedenken is de afstand naar de strip (dit moet met de taxi, uber of auto). Echter staat dit keurig vermeld in de beschrijving . Ik

Fabulous property! We enjoyed lovely early summer dinners outside and swims in the pool. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The house is in the country side (very close to the airport) so you definitely need a car to get around the island. We enjoyed staying a bit further out of the cities / towns and everything you need (supermarket, petrol, coffee etc) is all only a short drive away.

The house was exactly as described and shown. Very clean, no clutter. Check-in & check-out was smooth and the owner also let us check in much earlier, very much appreciated. We enjoyed our time! Pool is small but was a nice refreshment. Bbq is also a great plus!

Has nothing to do with the house itself, but the noise of planes from the very close by airport is a bit off putting while you are sitting outside (no problem inside). However given the quality of the house, we thought this was an acceptable (-) point :)
