Everything about this place was better than I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was impressive (great coffee!). The room was spacious and comfortable.

The room we booked was nice and the front desk person was friendly. There was candy in the room.
They initially put us in a smaller room than the size we paid for and didn't mention it until we did or tell us what happened. On top of that, we had to wait almost 2 hours to move to the correct room type which apparently was being cleaned, but it should have been cleaned my check in time especially since we booked weeks in advance. We got there about 2 hours after checking time so it didn't make sense that it wasn't ready when they mentioned someone had extended their stay longer. We also did not like that the lock was hanging in the bathroom so the door would not stay open without putting in front of it. We asked to be able to stay 2 hours later when we checked out to make up for it and we were given one hour later than check out. Housekeeping still not around the regular time for checkout instead of waiting so maybe they weren't informed.
