Location, cleanliness and size were outstanding. Facilities were way over and above what we expected. Communication with host 1st class and off street parking a massive plus. Living in a house fit for millionaires certainly helped, will be 1st on our list for future visits.

Everything. The property is absolutely stunning, beautifully maintained, and even better than expected. The location is perfect, safe, and ideal for discovering Santa Monica and Los Angeles while still feeling calm and private. The host is exceptional: welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. She anticipated everything we might need and made sure the house was perfectly equipped so we never had to rush out to buy basic essentials. That level of thoughtfulness made a huge difference and allowed us to fully enjoy our stay from the very first moment. The overall atmosphere of the place makes you feel instantly comfortable, relaxed, and at home.
