Super lokalizacja - 50 m od przystanku busa który jedzie do metra dobre wyposazenie techniczne - tv, telewizja, zmywarka, ekspres wygodne łóżko duza kabina prysznicowa
obiekt wymaga drobnych napraw: - drzwi wejsciowe z "latajacym" szyldem i wypadajaca klamka - deska wc z uszkodzonym uchwytem przez co byla ruchoma w plaszczyznie poziomej - drzwi i futryny do wc spuchniete przez co nie zamykaly sie swobodnie - półka pod tv uszkodzona, opadniete, tworzaca ze sciania kat nie 90 a 45 stopni - troche mało kubków, sztućców, szklanek - jeszcze kilka drobiazgów by sie znalazlo choc małym nakładem mozna je usunac - ja bym tak zrobił.

Bardzo polecam! Świetna lokalizacja, doskonały kontakt z zarządcą. Dookoła mnóstwo restauracji i wolnych, darmowych miejsc parkingowych przy tej ulicy. Wygodne łóżko, nie słychać "szumu miasta".

Lokalizacja na plus.
Jeśli chodzi o czystość w apartamencie, to warto nad tym popracować. Niektóre miejsca nawet nie były tknięte. Lodówka niewiadomo kiedy była sprzątana, bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach. Blaty brudne, podłoga też nie była czysta, w łazience brud. Warto nad tym popracować bo bezsensu jechać po to by samemu tam sprzątać tym bardziej za tą cenę.
