About this house rental

House with three floors, and you can rent with 6 Bedroom, 5 suites, or only the bottom or top of the house with 3 bedrooms both with independent entrance and kitchen. Own barbecue, however, the condominium of only 6 houses of barbecue and pool hotdog. This is the only condo João Fernandes. The gate of the condo is within the beach. The view is paradise with turquoise blue sea. Beautiful, wonderful, is undoubtedly the most beautiful sight I ever could see. The drive to the kitchen level. Condo caretaker is always there to help. The night you can walk to Rua das Pedras.

Excellent House, comfortable and a dream View!!

We rented both Houses as we were 14. With 6 bedrooms the accommodation was excellent! We had an amazing surprise that each bedroom has its own bathroom so that was amazing as we were a lot of people. We spend a week there and the house has all the requirements to spend a wonderful vacation. We are from Uruguay and for most of us it was our first time in Buzios and it was a pleasure experience. Romana was so helpful and Val was great, he was there any time we needed something. The house view is amazing, it was so great to weak up and look through the window. I recommend to have a vehicle if you travel with small children or elderly as there are many stairs and steep streets. I am so grateful for having the chance to spend a week in buzios in this amazing house!!!

Excelente casa para família

Gostei muito da casa, muito confortável e tinha tudo o que precisávamos. Localização excelente! Romana e Val foram muito atenciosos. Limpeza impecável, aparelhos de ar condicionado novos, vista maravilhosa para o mar. Porém o terreno é alto e possui escadas que dificultam a vida de idosos. Os colchões das camas são ortopédicos, eu prefiro colchões macios. Em resumo, passamos uma semana maravilhosa em Búzios com a família! Super indico !

Muito boa a hospedagem em Búzios, localização boa, perto da praia de João Fernandes, longe de supermercados grandes, mas em compensação uma tranquilidade sem igual. A casa é muito bem organizada e tem tudo o que precisamos, o Val, que nos dá suporte na estadia tem um tratamento especial que é sem igual! Com certeza voltaria a né hospedar, Somente um ponto é que se tiver idosos eles terá um pouco de dificuldade para ir até a praia a pé devido as escadas, porém se for de carro não haverá problemas.

No geral fomos muito bem atendidos pelos administrador e zelador! A única coisa que me incomodou um pouco foi sobre o declive do lote! Que é muito alto! Mas tem uma vista incrível ! Para criança não achei muito aconselhável pela falta de segurança ,que não fica muito claro no site! Alem , do site ter me cobrado um valor à mais por agrupar dois apartamentos, como se fosse para pessoas a mais ! Sendo que era anunciado, indicava no anúncio , ser para 18 pessoas e cobrou por pessoas extras após eu incluir mais de 10 pessoas completando exatamente 18 como no anúncio ! Cobrou 1900,00 a mais por isso! Isso não é correto é desonesto ! E não tive o reembolso desse valor pelo site!

Aluguei as duas casas para passar o reveillon e a casa é realmente incrível. A casa é bem equipada, ar condicionado em todos os quartos, sala grande e uma vista de tirar o folego! A Romana foi super atenciosa e nos ajudou em tudo! Já passei o reveillon 3 vezes em Búzios e com certeza essa casa foi a melhor. A localização é ótima, não pegamos transito para nada e íamos a Rua das Pedras a pé. Enfim, super recomendo essa casa e nas próximas vezes, me hospedarei nela!
