Bed and Breakfast Lucia

Great location and comfortable.

Floors were squeaky and no curtain in bathroom window

Lovely hosts, lovely rooms, comfortable and wellcoming. .

Difficult parking for the motorbikes.

Pretty tough to get to the house and into the Apartment. For someone who is older and has a handicap to walk stairs, it could be a challange

Should be mentioned in the description that: - there is one single bathroom for all the rooms; - the host is living in the same house.

Everything. She did not disclose that property is on the hill with 3 flights of rough stairs outside and 1 flight of turning stairs inside to reach the room. When I arrived, No one was there. I called the phone number provided by Booking.Com beforearriving no one picked up. Although there were instructions for room access. Out of respect, I went back into town for few hours and came back and she was still not there to receive me. Since it was her house so I did not feel comfortable walking in. It was not a B&B at all rather just Bed in someone's room. It was her private room as all her belongings were still there. Bed and sheets also appeared to be personal not for B&B purpose. And then she was discriminating. Even though I was the only confirmation till that point. She had allocated me the poorer room out of her 2 rooms. When she arrived , first thing she asked me to move the car below on the street. Despite of the fact that I told her that I had luggage and wanted to work with my stuff. Although there was one parking which apparantly she wanted to use herself. She made a point to move me my car then she parked herself. So I had to walk back up easily 100 ft of elevation on road with luggage and then haul it into my room. Its 9 PM now. Then she asked me when would I leave in the morning. Checkout time mentioned was 10 but she wanted me to leave by 8 AM. as she is expecting next guests and needs to clean up. By this time, it had become very intimidating. I told her 9 AM. BY then, other guest was in the 2nd room. She asked him for breakfast. He said No. She did not even bother to ask me for breakfast even though its a B&B and its included. Sheer discrimination perhaps on based of my skin color or I did not speak german. Pantry was such primitive that it lacked coffee machine. Bathroom was her personal with no bath soap or accessories for me to use. So it felt very uncomfortable to use it.

Das Frühstück war liebevoll angerichtet, sehr gut und sehr üppig. Uns wurde eine extra Platte mit Käse angerichtet, da mein Kollege keine Wurst ißt. Das Frühstück war mit Obst und Beeren garniert und es gab zusätzlich für jeden ein süßes Stück (Apfel in Blätterteig). Kaffee uns Saft war reichlich, auch die Brötchen und das Brot gab es in großen Mengen also mehr als ausreichend. Frischer Honig und Marmelade. Alles sehr frisch. Kurzum ein sensationelles Frühstück!
