Une vue magnifique sur le Lac d’Annecy entouré de parapentistes dans le ciel découpé par les montagnes . Une propriétaire agréable et réactive à nos demandes .
Une route très passante toute la journée devant l’appartement qui gêne la fréquentation de la terrasse de l’appartement . Un certain encombrement dans l’appartement qui aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement.

Perfekte Lage und eine sehr perfekte Aussicht 🤩 Abgesicherte Parkmöglichkeit! Im Grunde alles da was man benötigt.
…das Mobiliar ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die ganze Wohnung ist unnötig voll gestellt. Man könnte hier so viel mehr daraus machen. Ein neues Bett wäre sicher schon ein toller Anfang und ein Moderner Fernseher auf einer Modernen Kommode würde das ganze bestimmt abrunden.
