This is a great rental, the house was lovely and we enjoyed the proximity to the pool and clubhouse! We heated the pool and our kids swam every day, the house is a great size. The only recommendation I have would be to update all the carpet in the home, it was old and dirty and smelled very badly of pets, and we don’t have pets so it was a very strong smell to us. We would love to rent here again, but I don’t know if I would due to the carpet issue.

The location is great right across from the resort which has a nice pool, the Flowrider, kiddie area and restaurant. The house had plenty of space. We didn’t cook anything so it didn’t affect us but you may want to inquire on the availability of cooking supplies if desired. The management company was very responsive.

100% agree with everything that Kathy F. wrote in her review. The mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms are garbage and hurt my back all week. The screen on the sliding glass door was broken. The property management company to their credit was really responsive but they said that they had told the owners multiple times about it already. They removed the screen for us so we wouldn't have to deal with it not opening properly but then leaned it against the wall on the patio and it blew over into the pool several times. The pool heater was on the fritz, it took 4 calls to the property company to get it adequately fixed. The pool is really small but it didn't bother me because it was a good size for my 5 year old who is still learning to swim. The kitchen is not well stocked for cooking meals and there is only one non-stick pan that is very cheap and burns food easily. The living room could also really use another couch or sectional. Not really enough seating for a group to sit and watch a movie together.
