Beautiful sea view, south exposure. Terrace 10 M2. Bathroom, shower room, 2 toilets. Dishwasher, washing machine. Closed box for one car. Located in a magnificent closed park of 3 hectares. Communal swimming pool 20 m long, 3 m deep. The apartment being very airy remains cool;

First bedroom double bed width 160 with private bathroom and wc. Second bedroom double bed width 140 and single bed, width 80.
Living room with a sofa bed in 140 and a sofa bed in 90 ("Rapido" models).
The beautiful sandy beach of Les Sablettes is 2km away, the Leclerc center too.
There are pleasant sea shuttles to Toulon nearby (20 min journey)

Avrei prestato maggiore attenzione alla pulizia di alcuni ambienti e alla sistemazione di una tapparella in sala. Chi ha dormito in sala alla mattina alle 6 aveva chiaro negli occhi. Nella seconda camera la tapparella a mano era impossibile sia da alzare che da abbassare. Sono certo che quando siamo andati via noi era pulito meglio di quando siamo arrivati. Comunque nel complesso l'appartamento è molto bello e una volta che ci siamo adattati ci è dispiaciuto molto venire via.
