Anreise per Bahn Kommunikation mit Vermieterin - sehr gut zwar: Schlüsselbox und FeWo nicht im gleichen Gebäude Gehzeit TRAM Station - Schlüsselbox - FeWo ca 10 Min aber: Lage der Fewo - sehr gut, Balkon und Schlafzimme zum Hinterhof, sehr ruhig nächste TRAM Station ca 4 Min, nächster Bäcker ein Block weiter. Ausstattung - sehr gut Hinweis in der Beschreibung auf Etage und Fahrstuhl - sehr gut (leider nicht selbstverständlich)
Was schön gewesen wäre: eine Müslischale, ein Brotmesser, ein flexibler Küchenspatel
