Positively ONLY 2 persons to a bedroom. BBB is located one mile from Detroit City Airport, 25 miles from Metro Airport, 6 miles from Downtown Detroit, Midtown, and Buddy's Pizza!! From this location you are only 1 mile from a major thoroughfare which can take you anywhere in the Metro Detroit area in a matter of minutes. Beautiful Bedrooms in a Bungalow features three bedrooms: Beautiful Bedroom in a Bungalow #1 is the light blue bedroom which features a queen sized bed, voluptuous sofa, student's desk, ceiling fan, new carpeting, personal back yard entrance and a 32" flat screen television with a 24" personal surveillance monitor to ease one's uncertainties in an unfamiliar place. Room dimensions are 12' by 14'.
Beautiful Bedroom in a Bungalow #2 is the orange bedroom which also features a queen sized bed, student's desk, ceiling fan, new carpeting, lounge chair, and a 32" flat screen television with a personal surveillance monitor. Room dimensions are 12' by 12'.
Located upstairs, Beautiful Bedroom in a Bungalow #3 is light gray, has a hard wood floor. and is quite spacious. It features a standard sized bed, student's desk, air-conditioner and fan, and a set of matching studio chairs for watching a 27" television with VCR/DVD combination. Room dimensions are 12' by 22'.
The kitchen features a kitchen table which seats six people, a full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, a full sized stove, and an iron and ironing board.
Lavatory/Bath is communal. Hair dryer and make-up mirrors furnished upon request.
The living-room/dining area/common area is used for tutoring neighborhood children and young adults in reading and math when no overnight guests are present. The common area has an Executive's desk, air conditioning, fan, two large oversized chairs for reading or full blown sleeping, and two student's desks. There are two large white boards, overhead projector, and a mounted World Map for possible conferences/demonstrations.
"The Creation" offers entire homes, or individual bedrooms for short term rentals.
Free lighted and gated parking, and free shuttle services are offered from Detroit City Airport. Downtown & Midtown shuttle services are provided for a minimal fee.
Check in is 4:00 pm EST until 7:00 pm EST, Monday through Saturday. Additional check in times are available through special arrangement.
