Neatness, service, quietness and location.
The outside entrance to the rooms or building is not easily accessible to wheelchair users.
The least to be done would be to have rails next to all stairs, even though its just 3 or 4 levels of stairs. It not safe to climb those stairs on crutches alone, you need something/rail to hold on or someone must support you. I have experienced it because am using crutches.
Regardless i love the place and hope that u shall fit the rails in the near future for disabled and elders.

We love the peace & quiet, we enjoyed the room very much, we did not have to leave the room for anything as it had a kitchenette with appliances available. Everything was clean & the small details were appreciated.
