Excellent location for a skiing holiday. Bakery a couple of minutes walk. By car 5 min to Kaltenbach Gondola, 10 min to Zell. Supermarket a few minutes away. Well equipped, clean and spacious flat. The owners are friendly, helpful and very responsive.

Our kid liked the chickens at the yard :) Also the apartment was spacious.
It was right next to highway so it was all day and all night very noise. For me it was really hard to sleep there. Also it was very hot in the room and there were tons of mosquitos.
