3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with 1 car garage is located in the heart of West Augusta. Perfect location surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shopping. Convenient to the Masters and Riverwatch Parkway! Foyer introduces open great room with living and dining area. Fireplace creates a nice atmosphere. Dining area has seating for eight . Kitchen features a bar that opens to dining area and easy access to the laundry room and garage. Back deck overlooks a privacy fenced back yard!

So convenient to Augusta National. Uber'ed to the event and walked home after. The property was better than listed, third bedroom has a double bed, not single. Awesome welcome basket. Easy keyless entry. Great communication with owner. Highly recommend a visit to the river walk, James Brown Statue and downtown shops and restaurants.
Would definitely stay here again and see more of beautiful Augusta!
Only negative to our stay was the living room carpet is due for a steam cleaning.
