This home provides a serene, private setting with no neighbors on either side, located between golf courses and state park property. Yet with all this privacy you are only one mile from Publix grocery, CVS, WalMart, post office, restaurants, ...even Costco is just 2 miles away! This tropically landscaped paradise features screened in heated pool, outside sitting area, large flat screen TVs ....even beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas for your trips to Siesta Key Beach, approximately seven miles away.

I was looking for a nice quiet place with a pool, fenced yard and close to the beaches. The Preymore house was all and above what I wanted and more. Kelly and Skip are great and are always available to answer questions and assist in anyway! We had a blast!! We wil be back. Thank you again Kelly and Skip for a great stay and getaway for me and my family. Diane :)

We had an awesome time! It was above and beyond our expectations from the listing. It was close to all the things we wanted to do and our frenchies had a blast. Check in was easy and Kelly responded quickly to any questions we had. We plan to be back!!

Clean, comfortable with a very well-stocked kitchen. Great communication. The location suited perfectly for our vacation plans and activities we enjoy the most. We also appreciated the pool, backyard and quiet neighborhood with a very little traffic, just off Tamiami Trail. We’ll be back.
