Very large 2 BR/2 Bath (Sleeps 10; 1443 sq. ft.) near the Mountain House lifts. Unit has 2 living rooms (and 2 fireplaces—wood provided) on two levels. Panoramic ski run view from both levels and the private deck. Very popular building due to its location (close to ski activities), clubhouse amenities, exceptional view, and exceptional size. Convenient walk to 7 restaurants, 3 night spots (live music), 4 ski shops, internet/sports cafe (with 12 HDTVs + video games), and other activities. Heated indoor pool and large hot tub area on site. Underground parking garage (elevator service to the 3rd floor). TWO parking permits per unit are allowed at Liftside (one of only 3 buildings in the ski area where more than one car can be parked on site).

Unit and complex is older but well kept. We didn't have any issues during our stay. Indoor pool and hot tub were warm. Parking our two vehicles was not an issue even during the holiday week. Walk was easy to the Mountain House village. Views were great bonus.

We had an amazing time at this property. It’s close to everything and you can walk to Mountain House to catch a lift up the mountain or shuttle to River Run. The place was well stocked with firewood which was perfect! Yes, the building is older as some reviews state but the unit is updated. We had a blast and can’t wait to stay here again!

The unit was great - fully stocked with toiletries, plenty of kitchen service, wood for the fireplace. It was clean and updated. We had 8 adults and had just enough room. The building itself is older and outdated (elevator, carpet, doors). The pool and hot tub were also outdated but clean and well maintained. The clubhouse was right outside the building. This is within walking distance of the lifts but we had someone drop us off since it was far to walk in ski boots. Not a ski in/out.

The two condos across the hall from each other for our large family gathering was perfect. We enjoyed our time together playing games that were in the condo, and the kitcken was well stocked with cookware for eating in with kids after a great ski day. The only drawback was the distance to the slopes. While you could see Peru Express from the condo, it was a bit of a walk -- definitely not ski-in/ski-out. The community Hot Tub/Pool can be quite noisy with kids in the pool, and sadly the hot tub jets didn't work. Other than that, it was great!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this unit. The price point was very good for us. The Liftside building is in need of some TLC, but the unit was very clean and spacious with amazing views from both levels. The master was quiet and very comfy. The upstairs area was a huge bonus for us particularly with the grandkids. Wonderful fireplace with plenty of good wood for burning. Kitchen is very small but nice. Excellent location and we would certainly stay here again!

We really loved this property. The upstairs and downstairs allowed for privacy between us and the other family who joined us. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the keyless entry so we didn’t have to worry about keeping track of keys. The pool and hot tub rarely had anyone else in there (even during a holiday weekend!). The pool was heated and perfect for our kids. It was about a 5 minute walk to Mountain House. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were disappointed that the elevator was broken and had to climb many floors to get to our unit. We adjusted to this change after awhile. We loved the large sized lotions, hand soap and shampoo and conditioners. We enjoyed having a real log fire every night and a pool and hot tub for the kiddos! All in all it was a nice condo.

This was an early Christmas present for my kids. The property was perfect and just as listed. Easy walk to Peru Express lift. Walking distance to many locations for food, coffee and drinks. The kids loved having the upstairs area and the parents loved all the wood on the porch to build a cozy fire. We would definitely stay here again!

What a great trip. Condo was exactly as listed. Awesome unit, super clean, wonderful views, underground parking and a great location to Mountain House area. The building is not 5 star & could use some updates. (Circa early 90’s) 5-8 min walk to the base in street shoes / boots on a snowy trail. Gear up once you get there & get a locker daily. We also used the ski check nightly @ ($5 a set). Overall, amazing! Will be back for sure. Thanks for having us.

This condo worked out perfectly for my wife and I traveling with adult daughter and her boyfriend. Two levels so lots of room to spread out. Liked the humidity control built in and under building garage was very convenient. The building is an older one but everything in the unit works fine. The walk to the Peru lift is not bad so we did that each day and even easier using the overnight ski check by the Peru Chair so could walk from condo without carrying equipment. Building manager extremely responsive and brought us more wood twice. Kitchen was well stocked and the TV got more channels than we could ever need. We would happily stay again.

The unit was spacious, clean and well appointed. The location was great and in close proximity to the lifts. A couple of small things, and one not-so-small thing..... a few light bulbs were burned out and in need of replacement, lots of spices but no salt/pepper. Now the not-so-small-thing ... this was not the unit in the listing. Apparently it was the other unit on the same floor but had some noticeable differences. We were informed the unit we rented was already occasionally we just rolled with it. However, the principal of the matter was this was not the unit we paid for or was anticipating. Overall, good experience.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Location was great! The mountain has cute little wagons making carrying gear/kids from the condo to the slopes easier. It took maybe 10 minutes to get to from the condo to the mountain house lodge or mountain house ski school. There are lockers available so you don't have to walk in your ski boots but again it wasn't that far so we didn't bother. The property was spacious. They were quick to replace our broken coffee pot. I rate the communication an A++. For those who plan to stock up on food day one there is little to no cabinet space and minimal counter space to store your groceries. The fridge is clean and empty upon your arrival. The only necessity I thought they were lacking were baking dishes. They could use updated dishes and kitchen essentials, if you really want to get picky, not to say what they had wasn't enough because it was. Good working dishwasher, plenty of plates, byo plastic baggies and storage containers for leftovers. Also worth noting is the pair of garage spaces. So nice. Small parking spots but you just park get on the elevator ( which always worked ) get off and you're there! So much location convenience! Get your skins from they're recommendation. We had a wonderful experience and received an incredible rate! Thanks for all the discount information provided The beds were accommodating. Plenty of pillows, big cozy comforters for the winter. There are no curtains in the double bed room and huge sky lights. Expect to rise with the sun. We had a great stay and think you will too!

Overall our stay was decent. Previously we had been staying in the same place for 6 straight years. We were excited to try something new in Mountain House Village. Property Manager was very responsive on several different occasions. Pros: Nice view. Quiet pool/hot tub. Unit included basic appliances necessary (coffee maker, blender, etc.). Natural burning fireplace was great and the manager replenished our wood supply during our stay. Also liked the jet tubs in both showers. 5 minute walk to the peru lift in Mountain House. Cons: The unit and property are in need of substantial maintenance and repair. Numerous drywall and water damage throughout common areas and lobby along with dated furnishings. Elevator ride may be your last so you may want to take the steps. Construction equipment was in the parking lot, so perhaps they are preparing to renovate the property. All of the beds were very old, "springy", and uncomfortable. One of our guests chose the floor futon over a bed. The comforter in the main bedroom was ripped and torn in several places. Thankfully we had brought our own linens. I did my best to tighten legs on the kitchen table and chairs with a wrench (wrong tool but all I had) as all of them were wobbly and loose causing my 2 year old to tip over backwards and cut her lip. Upper windows are in very rough shape with broken hardware and wouldn't lock which was a concern with three young children. These windows are floor to ceiling and easily accessible to children. Also the deck railing was not secure and felt like a substantial safety issue so we didn't let our children out on the deck. The ski lockers are very small and in rough shape. All of the light bulbs were burnt out with the exception of one so you could barely see in the ski lockers. Speaking of lighting, with the exception of the kitchen the whole condo is lit manually with lamps, which is inconvenient and very dim at night. Lastly, the upstairs TV is not visible from the two beds and is not on a swivel which was also unfortunate. Not trying to complain, just an honest review. All in all it was a pretty pleasant experience with an attentive manager, but we will opt to stay elsewhere next year.

I can’t say enough good things about this rental experience. First off, it was just as pictured online. I did not see WiFi listed in the description (maybe I missed that) but it does have WiFi. Anyway, the place was perfect for our group of seven hard core adult skiers / boarders. Spacious, picturesque view, close to the slopes (easy 5-10 min walk to Peru lift). The online inquiry and agreement process was prompt and efficient with Richard Seymour. The check in process was seamless with excellent communication and detailed directions. The digital keypad entry to condo is really nice. Nice garage parking under the building. The condo was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Even had a big, new crockpot for cooking things like chili to come home to. I used the crockpot several times. We cooked in for breakfast, lunch and dinner after picking up groceries for the week at the Safeway grocery store 15 min drive away. Plenty of clean linen, towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, salt & pepper, kitchen trash bags and dishwasher soap. Stuff like that is much appreciated as we are coming to Colorado from Maryland. The condo easily sleeps 10 but we had 5 young adult men (in their 20’s) who didn’t want to share queen beds . No problem! Just request an extra fold out Futon there is plenty of floor space for that and the report was that the Futon was comfy. We had a great experience. Thank you ! Oh- I personally enjoyed doing all 4 jigsaw puzzles that were in the condo too !

The location of the property was close enough to walk to the lifts or a 5 minute drive to the main lift area. Our host was communicative and answered any questions we had.
