About this house rental
Welcome to our Home. Lovely 2-bedroom house, sits on very large lot, locate in Cul-De-Sac Street on a mountain with magnificent views. It was just completely remodeled with new kitchen appliances. We are only 10 minutes from Oceanside Beach as well as Carlsbad. Some of the best beaches in San Diego. You can ride your Bicycle to the beach from our house.
We are Only 30 minutes from La Jolla and 45 minutes to down town San Diego and an hour and a half from University Studio.
There are shopping centers, Restaurants, etc. within minutes from the house. ( I have a list of names and addresses which I will furnish if asked).
The temperature in Vista is exactly the same as by the Ocean. Always breezy and comfortable and rarely above 80 degrees for few days in Summer. There are all water sports near by including large Mariana for boat docking and rentals.
There is central AC in the house if needed. Kitchen has side-by-side Refrigerator. Gas stove and oven. Dish washer and toaster oven.
Bathroom with Marble top and bathtub with shower.
The House sleeps 7 persons. Two bedrooms with queen bed each. One Coach and two floor mattresses. There will be charge of $38 per night per each additional person after 4 persons.
The entire basement is used for storage only and not for guests. There is also new washer & dryer and huge wood Deck overlooking the city of Vista and gorgeous Mountain Views where you enjoy Ocean Breeze mixed with mountain refreshing air. There is no smoking in the house but, we have many beautiful outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the lovely weather.
