About this house rental
"Pavilion on Pirates" is a modern, well appointed 5 bedroom beach house literally steps away from the renown Eaglehawk Neck surf beach. Perfect for family getaways, small groups or romantic escapes.
Absolutely stunning views of Pirates Bay incorporating Eaglehawk Neck beach, Clyde Island and the Hippolyte Rocks.
45 minutes from Hobart Airport and 1 hour from Hobart it is the perfect location to explore the Tasman Peninsula .... Port Arthur, the geological formations such as the tesselated pavement, the blowhole, Devils Kitchen and Remarkable Cave, long white sandy beaches, soaring sea cliffs and abundant wildlife.
Accommodation consists of 2 large living areas one of which is an open plan living, kitchen, dining and the other is a sunroom with sliding stacker doors on one side that open up to the sheltered, sunny courtyard. This makes a fabulous playing and entertaining area. In addition there are 5 bedrooms, a deck overlooking the beach, pool spa with a private heated shower, fully equiped kitchen, heaters in every room and wonderful children's playground.
Plenty of onsite parking for cars and boats.
Absolute beachfront.
We love having large groups to stay, but if you are wanting to party in the night then this isn't the property for you. Good relations with our neighbours are very important to us and is a matter we take very seriously.
Sleep
Bedroom 1- Master bedroom contains King sized bed with spectacular beach views
Bedroom 2 - Bunk room contains 1 set of bunk beds and a single bed, sleeps 3. Children's themed doona covers on request.
Bedroom 3 - Contains Queen sized bed with beach views, sleeps 2
Bedroom 4 - Contains Queen sized bed with flat screen television and dvd player, sleeps 2
Bedroom 5 - Bunk room contains 1 set of bunk beds, sleeps 2. Children's themed doona covers on request. There is room for another bed in here if required.
Only bedrooms required will be accessible. 4 guests gives access to 2 bedrooms, 6 guests 3 bedrooms etc. Extra charges will apply for extra bedrooms.

Onsite children's playground comprising of swings, climbing wall, monkey bars, and cubby house.

Absolute beach frontage. Beautiful overlooking the beach. Short track down to beach. Fascinating walk across tessalated pavement. Gorgeous beach. House was very cosy and warm. Great kitchen to cook up meals with the family. Spa was lovely and warm. Beds were comfortable. Lovely hot shower. Owner Jo was very responsive with communication and messaging. Great property with ability to have kids in one area and adults in another, location overlooking Pirates Bay was perfect. Spent every day at the beach, and the hot tub was a bonus
