Holiday house a few steps from the coast and the beach, with a Mediterranean garden, very spacious, well-kept, in the seaside resort SUNFLOWER, at about 5Km from Tortoli Arbatax. The villa consists of:
1 Separate entrance
1 kitchen with induction burners, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, full kitchen utensils
1 large room where there are three sofa beds including 2 singles with the possibility of them becoming one double and one double
1 Double bedroom, paneled, and stylish furniture, television wall
1 Bathroom with shower

The first beach is only two or three minutes by car, but in a few minutes you can reach over 20 beaches on the coast, all guaranteed to ecological and environmental quality. At about 3 km from the marina Arbatax and S. Maria Navarrese where you can hike among the bays of the Gulf of Orosei, caves, natural monuments protected by UNESCO (Cala Goloritze) - spectacular naturalistically

Urlaub im mediteranen Garten bei tollen Gastgebern. Was will man mehr? Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.
Gerade weil die Ferienwohnung im Sutterain liegt, hatten wir immer angenehme Temperaturen in der sehr sauberen Wohnung.

Das Haus von Maria und Daniele ist wirklich ein sehr schönes Haus, in dem die Familie mit 4 Hunden lebt.
Der Garten ist wunderschön, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und es gab täglich frisches Gemüse und Eier aus dem eigenen Garten.
Es handelt sich hier nicht um ein Ferienhaus, wie angegeben, sondern um eine Ferienwohnung.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Keller des Hauses mit separatem Eingang. Es führt eine steile Treppe nach unten, darum würde ich sie nicht als "barrierefrei" bezeichnen.
Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, die anderen Betten sind Schlafsofas im Wohnbereich. Der Wohnbereich ist groß, und großzügig, mit Fernseher und Kamin ausgestattet.
Die Küche ist modern und neu, alles tip top und sehr sauber.
Leider ist die Wohnung dunkel, es nicht viel Tageslicht, die Fenster liegen in der gesamten Wohnung hoch unter der Decke, und sind außen vom Garten zugewachsen, so das man immer das Licht anmachen muss.
Im Sommer sicher schön kühl, wäre aber fair gewesen das zu erwähnen.
Wir haben das in dem Angebot nicht so gesehen, sonst hätten wir ein anderes Objekt gewählt.

L'itinéraire fut donné avec précision malgré que la maison se situe entre la ville et la campagne.
L’accueil fut très souriant et très convivial.Les deux chiens vous rassurent.
L'annonce correspond précisément avec la réalité et la réalité est encore plus beau.
Maria ( la propriétaire) est toujours prête à répondre à la moindre de vos demandes et toujours avec le sourire.
Daniele ( le propriétaire) vous donne toutes les explications voulues sur la régions ou autres.
La maison est superbement jolie, garnie avec beaucoup de goûts, l'équipement est très complet et très propre.
L'endroit est idyllique.
Braves gens n'ayez aucune hésitation pour louer la casa Santina.
Un seul regret, nous avons dû partir alors nous vous disons:" A bientôt Maria, Daniele et les deux chiens)

Il posto è idilliaco diviso tra una piccola campagna e non lontano dalla città.
Le spiegazioni per rendersi furono precise.
La struttura dell'edificio e tutta la sua attrezzatura sono molto complete, tutto il materiale messo a disposizione dell'ospite è impeccabile e di una pulizia degna di uno quattro stelle.
L'accoglienza è super calorosa, Maria ha sempre il sorriso ed è sempre pronta a soddisfare la domanda inferiore. Daniele, vi dà tutte le spiegazioni rispetto alla regione e ciò che egli là a vedere, e partire dal mese maggio vi propone un'attività a quale ameremmo parteciparvi. I due cani che conservano la villa sono piacevoli.
Sinceramente, non avete alcun'esitazione ad affittare la casa santina in Daniele e Maria, il solo piccolo problema è soltanto tutto ciò vi dà desiderio di ritornare.
