The holiday apartment Val de Ruda 28 is the perfect accommodation for a large family or group of friends looking for space, high quality facilities and unbeatable location just right by the slopes.It offers a spacious open plan lounge-dining room with kitchenette, four bedrooms, three fully fitted bathrooms and a converted loft where an adult or two children could be accommodated.Val de Ruda Luxe 28 is situated in a private residential complex known as "Urbanización Ruda", located at the foot of the ski runs at 1500 metre elevation mark in Baqueira. The access to the cable car is unbeatable; from the apartment, a lift takes us directly to the heated ski equipment room and from here another lift takes us directly to the cable car.The main daytime area looks bright and spacious thanks to the light colours in the floor, walls and furniture. In the lounge area there is a comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace and to the left, a beautiful dining table with capacity for up to 8 people where you and your party will be able to enjoy wonderful evenings during your holidays. The kitchenette situated at the back of the sofa, is fully equipped with high-quality electric appliances and complete kitchenware.The spacious main bedroom at Val de Ruda Luxe 28 offers a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is a second bedroom with a especially large trundle bed; the third one has a bunk bed and a useful desk while the fourth bedroom offers two single beds. These three bedrooms share the two other bathrooms found in the apartment. The three bathrooms in Val de Ruda Luxe 28 are perfectly equipped and fitted with modern shower cubicles.This accommodation also offers Wi-Fi Internet system as well as two parking spaces and a heated ski equipment room in the garage located underneath the building, everything included in the total cost of the rent.Tourist registration code: HUTVA-000169
