Welcome to Naxos, the largest island of Cyclades!
Venture into the heart of charming Naxos, in a perfect spot, that ideally combines both peacefulness and unique proximity to the beaches and all points of interest on the island!
This is a 100m2 luxury house in the middle of Naxos, situated in the village Damarionas, very close to the west side of the island where the best beaches are located, as well as the picturesque villages of Chalki, Filoti and Apeiranthos. This 120 years old house is built and renovated with respect to the traditional local architecture.
It consists of the main house, two balconies and a terrace. The main house is comprised of a sitting room, a kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and a crib and one with two single beds), two bathrooms and a storeroom. One good quality roll-away bed can be added upon request.
The terrace and balconies offer amazing views to Damarionas, the "Tragea" valley as well as breathtaking mountain and sunset views.
House is accessible by public bus, although car/bike is strongly recommended.
Upon arrival at the port, besides escorting you to my house and explaining it, I will take you on a familiarization tour of the surrounding area and point out everything there is to see and experience. Also, I will provide you with all the necessary info and recommendations on how to plan the best possible exploration trip of the island, in order to make the most out of your precious vacation time!
This is a house in which we've put our soul into building, maintaining and decorating. Respectful treatment and reasonable water/electricity usage are expected.
The location combines easy access to many lovely beaches and villages of the island as well as to the less known east side of the island.
The beaches and the town of Naxos are 15-30 minutes away.
The village of Damarionas has Cycladic architecture with white houses and narrow paths.

We had a wonderful week in Polyvios's house in the village of Damarionas, Naxos. The place ist beautiful, cozy, elegantly appointed, full of character and spotlessly clean. The two balconies/terraces (one of them romantically overgrown with ivy) are a treat, as is the house's setting, in a traditional village in the Tragea plain. There's one very good place to eat within 2 minutes walk, other than that (and for shops), Chalki ist nearby. Check-in and communication was excellent - Polyvios wasn't there in person, but was very helpful and reliable by e-mail. All in all, warmly recommended!

This was the perfect place for us. The location was great for the sightseeing we wanted to do. The house spacious and had everything we needed. Our host was welcoming and very helpful with recommendations and help when we needed it.

Quelques jours parfaits dans cette maison où rien ne manque....Située dans un petit village tranquille mais plein de charme. Un seul regret, celui de n'avoir pu rencontrer Polyvios avec qui nous avons eu des échanges mail très précieux et très chaleureux...Nous le remercions vivement et très sincèrement. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location....
