I've stayed at numerous Vrbos and I think this one was the finest one yet. It was clearly set up as a rental and had literally everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The instructions were clear and communication with the owner was easy. I rated only 4 stars for location because it's a little tricky to find and it's next to a busy street. However, the windows were double glazed and we were able to sleep without earplugs.
If we were to return to Ventura, which we might, we would hope to stay here again.

Met up with in-laws for a stay in Ventura. Plenty of space.L for them, us and our daughters. Kitchen was well stocked for family meals. Several options for coffee - a keurig and a reg pot. Walked to beach, grocery and restaurants while there. Beds were relatively comfortable. Sheets were soft. Towels were plentiful. Living room furniture was not very comfy, but we weren’t there enough to care much about that. Tv signal was not great, despite the hosts thorough instructions for use. That meant better visiting time though!
