About this farm stay rental
Tourist complex consisting of 5 apartments obtained from the renovation of an old farmhouse on two floors.
The "Il Pino" estate is spread over eight hectares of land cultivated with vineyards, olive groves and orchards. Immersed in the green Pisan hills, the estate has a large park full of plants where they are located, a field for sports activities, a play corner, two fenced swimming pools, one of which for children, a corner for outdoor cooking with an oven and barbecue and eating under gazebo.
Despite being surrounded by greenery, it is possible not to give up the convenience of shopping centers which are located in the immediate vicinity, about two kilometers away.
In the surroundings there are: tennis courts, lakes for sport fishing, stables with pizzerias and restaurants.
Four kilometers away is Casciana Terme, a center famous for thermal treatments and tourism.
Easily accessible via the A12, A11, A1 and S. G.C. FI-PI-LI, Tenuta Il Pino is 20/25 minutes from Pisa and its sea, 40/45 minutes from Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca and the sea of Viareggio.
In the Il Pino estate there are five apartments spread over two floors of an old farmhouse renovated according to the Tuscan tradition.
The apartments are furnished in rustic Tuscan style and equipped with independent heating and satellite TV.
We called our apartments, with the names of the trees surrounding the estate.
Apartment of about 40sqm, the Melograno has a living room / kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom, a 1-seater sofa bed is available in the living room.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed via a loggia and typical Tuscan brick staircase facing the face.

Summary of reviewsDespite the promising entrance sign and exterior appearance, the property's interior is old-fashioned with minimal expected amenities. Poor reception service, lack of towels at arrival, and delayed provision after 2 days. Overall disappointing experience.
