Newly renovated. Very cozy apartment which is located in downtown Destin, Henderson Beach State Park area. 2 minute drive to the beach or 10 minute walk. Right next to Walmart and close to all the dining and entertainment such as Harbor walk village, The track park, Big Kahuna’s water park Back Porch, Bubba Gamb restaurants. You’ll have full access to the pool, gym as well as boat parkig and all other amenities in the apartment complex. Easy access to the public beach.

We had a great time! Property was exactly as described. Very spacious and clean. Gave 4 stars to location and neighborhood only because we wish it had been closer to the beach. The pool was also not very nice. Otherwise, excellent experience! Would definitely recommend.
