L'ampia terrazza con a disposizione le varie sdraie, la casa spaziosa ben vivibile e l'aria condizionata.
La casa sprovvista di spugne, prodotti della pulizia, sale, ,zucchero. Buste della spazzatura limitate, pochi utensili a disposizione. Alcuni mobili chiusi e una porta chiusa a chiave. La persona che ci ha accolto è stata cortese ma per alcuni aspetti eccessivamente rigorosa in particolar modo per l'orario di uscita.
