The short distance to the Black See.
The noise around the building during the night.

Excellent location, very near to the beach, private parking lot, very nice and receptive host,
Well furnished and maintained apartment, quiet and comfortable.

Really close to the sea - a 2 minute walk. The hosts are friendly and easy to get in touch with. The place was clean, couple of markets are across the street. Bonus points for the espresso machine.
Small freezer, bag of ice cubes almost melted overnight. The hosts didn't wear masks inside.

The property is clean and quite fair, the host is very nice but the enivronment, the city and the fact that everywhere is building something is less than you would need. You can not meet a single natural tree in that whole area.
