we got the river view room which was huge and very beautiful. the owner was very helpful. The food in restaurant was delicious.
The shower a bit small and they shampoo and shower gel products were not great

very centrally located for hiking in the mountains and at the same time an excellent kitchen both for dinner and breakfast.
The shower head could not be fixed to the wall unit.

The quality of the service was excellent, the couple managing both the hotel and the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. The place is so beautiful, completely surrounded by nature and nothing else. A real escape from busy and noisy life. The room was very confortable and food was delicious, including breakfast with home made cakes.
The internet connection was poor, especially in the bedroom. That was not a big deal for us because we enjoyed the isolation and full immersion in nature, though other guests may be willing to know about it.

Beautiful setting, right in the heart of Pollino National Park with amazing tracking routes nearby. Lovely architecture and very kind and friendly staff. Great antipasti and a very good wine cellar at the restaurant.
The bathroom facilities were a little basic. Limited vegetarian options for main courses at the restaurant.
