Clean and had thought of everything - made for a great getaway to the snow

really well appointed kitchen with everything you would need

it would have been nice to have more blankets, towels and quicker heating

very efficient check in procedure and communication was excellent. very good value for money and the lay out worked well for us, nice view of the lake. location was walking distance to many spots in town.

The property is in a great location within easy access to the Jindabyne township. The internals of the property were very clean and very functional.

We made the booking unaware to externals of the building were scaffolded for some kind of rectification works. We arrived on the Thursday thinking we would have a quiet, relaxing, well-earned break; however, on Friday, we found a building surveyor running up & down the scaffolding right outside the windows & balconies with his tablet taking photo & recording. It was quite disturbing to my wife & daughter as he was constantly looking into when going past. Considering the money we paid for the apartment, I found it unacceptable. The agent's booking system made me just through hoops with emails ect prior to arrival, yet there was no mention of building works or external inspections by contractors giving us a uncomfortable experience. The scaffolding also limited security so we had to lock the door on the 3rd storey level & draw blinds on a bright sunny day & not enjoy the lake view
