The staff were not as accommodating as I thought. Response for questions were slow

Staff are. accommodating , Good place to rest after a long flight.

Nearby food& drinks shops Few minutes away from T3.

The internet was fast. The bed was comfy, but short.

Oh boy, where to start. 1. No early check-in, even I have confirmed with the owner 2 MONTHS before arrival. Yes, technically they said that due to availability, BUT the conversation went after that to the early check-in payment, so my assumption was that they've checked the availability and it was ok. We arrived at 10AM and had to wait 4(!!!) hours for the room! If you need early check-in or late check out, you can forget about that here. 2. There was no complementary bathroom supply. 3. The kitchen equipment was very old and some in bad condition. No deep plates for soup or bigger bowls, only 3 small ones. 4. The air-conditioning in both bedrooms is very loud and you won't be able to sleep with it on. The living room one is quiet, so we had to have both bedrooms doors open and use the cold coming in from the living room. Additionally the bedrooms air-conditioning is mounted in the wall holes without any isolation and the outside air and insects are coming inside the rooms through those holes. 5. The rooms are NOT sound proof! You hear absolutely everything happening outside and remember that this is next to the airport and busy highway.
