Walking distance to NAIA terminal 3
Extra pay for early check-in though it’s understandable. I just hoped it would be a little cheaper. :)

It is very close to NAIA Terminal 3 and easy access to make other places like malls.
Some materials are old like bedsheets, utensils and sofa chairs

The location was great and ideal for short trip Manila before flying overseas.
The AC was a window type, such AC won't be ideal for a large room. It does not significantly cool down the place. An electric fan was there to assist the AC but unfortunately it is still hot because of the summer season. This is my 3rd booking on the same area, but this is the least in terms of comfort. The room was too warm and the AC was noisy.
