So comfortable,feels like coming home

It was a pleasant stay..big and comfortable appartment. We stayed there for a week with 2 small kids and three adults. The kitchen which is fully equiped was perfect even for preparing dinners for 5people. The beds are all comfortable and big enough to host us all, the kids sleept on the sofa in the kitchen which can be extented to a 140m2 bed,I guess two adults could also sleep there.Two really nice designed bath rooms make the stay with so many people comfortable .We will book the appartment again next year if possible.

I would like to make a summary of the accommodation conditions: the furniture and household appliances in the best condition, quality consumables in the bathroom and kitchen, the generous space, the cold water from the fridge and the culinary symbol found on the table (pasta and sweets)… All this , accompanied by a very pleasant and useful communication with the staff, make us happy to return to this location.

Bom

A cozinha é muito bem equipada. Na nossa chegada, em cima da mesa, tinha uma garrafa de água, pacote de bolacha, de chá, de macarrão e massa de tomate. O apartamento é grande, o que para nós que éramos 5 pessoas, foi muito bom. O lugar estava limpo. Nos guardas roupas que são grandes tinham mais travesseiros e também mais edredons. O apartamento conta também com secador de cabelo, máquina de lavar roupas, tábua e ferro para passar roupa e varal. Tem estacionamento no lugar e á bem fácil pegar as chaves.

Ao chegarmos as camas estavam preparadas mas somente para 4 pessoas. O sofá da sala que também é uma cama não estava arrumado. Chegamos tarde da noite, cansados e ainda tivemos que arrumar o lugar para meu genro dormir. Apesar de estarmos no outono estava bastante frio e o apartamento não estava aquecido, inclusive estava bem gelado lá. Nas paredes dos quartos tinha muito mofo, o que me fez puxar as camas para não ficar encostadas. Também estava com cheiro muito forte, por culpa do mofo. É uma pena estar assim com mofo e seria muito bem vindo uma reforma porque é um apartamento muito bom. Volto lá? Se estiver sem mofo, com certeza.

Sconsiglio vivamente!!!!

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Le fotografie pubblicate online non rispecchiavano la realtà dell’alloggio: nelle immagini era visibile un letto matrimoniale, mentre in loco erano presenti solo brandine singole. I letti, oltre ad essere di qualità modesta, risultavano montati in modo approssimativo. Secondo quanto riferito dalla signora delle pulizie, gli arredi sarebbero stati presi in affitto dalla struttura stessa. Le lenzuola e le federe erano tutte di colori diversi e di qualità scadente, contribuendo a un’impressione generale di trascuratezza. Inoltre, durante il soggiorno, i proprietari sono entrati nell’alloggio senza preavviso e senza il nostro consenso, al fine di modificare la temperatura dei condizionatori – un comportamento inaccettabile che ha compromesso la nostra privacy. Le condizioni climatiche interne erano molto problematiche: l’umidità notturna era tale che al mattino il pavimento risultava scivoloso, rendendo difficile muoversi in sicurezza. Infine, una notte uno dei letti ha ceduto improvvisamente mentre dormivo, facendomi cadere contro il comodino e causando, involontariamente, la rottura di una lampada da notte. Nonostante l’evento non fosse in alcun modo imputabile a me, mi è stato addebitato un costo di €75,00, richiesto dalla struttura tramite Booking.
