Great location short walk down to sea front or up to the town. Quiet room couldn’t hear road traffic outside or noise from the bar downstairs. Lovely friendly greeting on arrival. Cheap and cheerful basic accommodation, comfy bed, great power shower. Only £3 for 2 days parking on road just outside or free 3 hours on parking disc (very useful on day of checkout). No shortage of parking spaces despite being half term although February is out of season. Lots of clean towels with a complimentary soap bar/shower gel. Tv with all the channels and hairdryer available. Mini Morrison’s practically next door, handy for snacks and provisions. Kettle with tea and coffee making facilities.
Room was very warm but I could open sash window. Bedside table a bit tatty, and the outside window needs a power clean.

Breakfast was very limited. Would have appreciated more variety. Location was convenient for accessibility to the hospital. We rented the room as my daughter was having surgery and I needed to be close by. Service was very good. My room was very cold and I received assistance immediately. I left my cellphone at check-in desk and it was personally brought to me right away.
The stairway door was initially unlocked and opened to anyone and I was concerned about safety issues. It was locked the second night but I was unable to access from the outside. This did cause inconvenience when packing the car during check out. The stairwell was extremely slippery due to snowfall and wet floors. Hazard signs were out but it as those an accident was inevitable.

Great location, nice to have separate bedroom with ensuite bathroom and lounge diner kitchen area.
This was ourr 3rd visit to this property so the following comments were very dissapointing...The bathroom door didn't close, the bath panel was hanging off the bath, shower screen opened when in the shower due to body weight standing in the bath and shower drainage was really poor. This was communicated on the Saturday morning and I was informed the landlord would be informed but not improvements or further communication. The remote control for the TV in the lounge also didn't work. No storage in the bedroom and minimal room to get to the opposite side of the bed. Stringy Cob webs in lounge and bedroom too where it hasn't been cleaned properly.
