The swimming pool was outstanding. incredibly spacious and well appointed villa with great views over Perissa

The area around the house is very quiet and the swimming pool is very big. The area around the swimming pool and the garden is very nice and shaded. The house is big with many bedrooms. Everything was great and the owner of the house was very helpful and welcoming.
It was very windy, the whole week when we were there. You need a car to go anywhere.

House was perfect - pool and view was amazing. We’ve seen the whole Island and for all of us Perissa is the best area to stay:)
First of all our stay was really nice, but I think Maria should inform you that she lives in the house next to you all the time, and she comes everyday to clean up house. She is very kind and always smiling but under this smile the only thing she care about is money :( we arrived at 11PM and went directly to sleep (so we paid for whole day we didn’t even spend in the house) and the last day we had flight back home around 11PM and she wanted 200€ from us to stay few hours more, when she didn’t even had any guest at this time. I can understand 50€ but 200? So we had to leave at 11AM and spend whole day with luggage and 2 small kids in the island waiting for the plane without place to take shower etc… Other thing - she said that power of the fridge is perfect at level 1, but it wasn’t enough for us and we change it at 3, and everyday she was coming and changing power back at 1. I’m sure everyone knows why - to save money. I don’t want to say anything else bad about her because I would lie if I say she’s bad person. she’s kind and smiling, just be careful when it comes to talk about money and watch out to not destroy anything - who knows how much she will charge you:)

Maria, the host, is so happy and friendly. She is there to help you with everything. I love her positive vibe. And the private pool, it’s amazing!
It’s handy to rent a car but you can also walk to the center of the town Perissa.
Real good value for your money! Lovely Greek house ❤️
