Die Wohnung war vollständig und funktional eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Altstadt Leeuwardens ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind teilweise unter der Wasserlinie und über eine kurze aber steile Treppe zu erreichen. Gehprobleme sollte man keine haben! Kippfenster sind in Bad und Schlafzimmer trotzdem vorhanden. Das Bad wirkte auf uns etwas ungemütlich, obwohl es sauber geputzt war. Die Aussicht von der Wohnung nach aussen ist durch milchige Sichtschutzfolien im unteren Fensterbereich leider etwas eingeschränkt

De sleutels werden persoonlijk overhandigd door Marian met uitleg gebruik accommodatie. De woonboot ligt op een mooie locatie, aan de rand van het centrum met een mooi uitzicht. Gezellig kleine woonkamer met keukentje. Ook een zitgedeelte buiten (veranda). Je slaapt beneden (eerst een stijl trapje af) in een heerlijk breed bed met zeer goed matras, dekbed en kussen. Badkamer/WC ook beneden. Centrum, supermarkten op korte loopafstand. Er is kookgelegenheid en alles is daarvoor aanwezig. Koffiezetapparaat met gemalen koffie. Alles was zeer schoon en compleet! Wij hebben genoten en voor herhaling!
Er is geen oven/magnetron en die heb ik wel gemist voor o.a. (saucijzen)broodjes bakken of kant en klaar maaltijd. Ook geen echte fijne bier/wijnglazen.

De locatie was uitstekend.
De douche was erg laag. Mijn partner kon er niet onder staan. Het water was wel goed heet, maar slechts een miniem straaltje.
