The house was excellent and clean.
The owner was very welcoming and helpful.
The location is noisy with traffic and trains.
There was only a little outaide space.

Accommodation was clean throughout, having a fully-equipped kitchen, small terrace and garden, with garden furniture provided. Five minutes from Chateau de Candé and the park, it's a good base to visit some of the other Loire chateaux. Possible to take the train from Monts for a day-trip to Tours.
Walking distance to the centre of Monts for shopping or restaurants, but better to take the car.

Overall, great value for money especially if you need a family retreat in the country.
I was charged extra for electricity. The shower was difficult to enter into and there was an unpleasant smell downstairs. As stated on the website, there was no WIFI available.
