Das typische Steinhaus mit Außenbereich liegt herrlich mit Blick auf das Meer und in ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen und für 2 Personen ist es ideal. Wir haben die Terrasse, den Pool und eigentlich alles in vollen Zügen genießen können. Der Check-in und Check-out erfolgt ohne Personenkontakt - man bekommt alle Informationen und Tipps zur Umgebung schriftlich übermittelt. Nachdem wir ein kleines technisches Problem hatten, wurde dieses sofort behoben. Während unseres Aufenthaltes kam eine Mitarbeiterin vorbei und fragte uns nach frischer Hand- bzw. Geschirrwäsche. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden dieses Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Zufahrt ist etwas spektakulär - bei unserer Anreise haben wir nicht damit gerechnet, dass wir tatsächlich die steile, holprige Straße nach unten nehmen müssen, um dieses wunderbare Cottage zu erreichen. Aber wenn man sich mal an die Auf- und Abfahrt gewöhnt hat, ist es kein Problem - Fuß ordentlich auf die Bremse bzw. aufs Gas :-).

Aelia cottage is a beautiful property set in the hills around Maganos. Surrounded by peace and quite with wonderful sea views. We loved all that it had to offer from the swimming pool, comfy alfresco dining area and extremely efficient A/C throughout the property . The cottage looked newly built in the traditional Greek style with wrap around patios so guests could find shade throughout the day . Many properties let themselves down here but not Aelia. The property was extremely clean with plenty of kitchen utensils for self catering . All in all we think it exceeded our expectations and would stay here again .

Location, view, facilities

The shower drain overflows and floods the bathroom (unless you remove the drain cover). If the pool is used at times when the pump is not running (e.g. middle of the afternoon), the pool loses a significant amount of water, making swimming impossible.
