Spacious and bright family house located in Vila Nova de Gaia, near Santo Ovídio.
There is a metro station (Santo Ovídio) a ten minute walk from the house - Yellow Line directly to downtown Porto. The train takes 15 minutes to downtown Porto (Aliados).
Located in a pleasant and quiet residential area on the outskirts of Porto (Vila Nova de Gaia), the house is very accessible by car and public transport and ideal for a family or a group of friends. It has been recently renovated and is comfortable for 6 people.
The house has 3 double bedrooms, a toilet, a complete bathroom (with bath) and an additional shower, a kitchen (equipped with fridge, stove, oven and microwave) a living room and dining room and a small garden to the back (ideal for a nice and relaxing breakfast).
The house also has a GARAGE for a car.

The House is very close to the main shopping areas (5 minutes by car from Gaiashopping and El Corte Ingles), Porto Wine Chais (15 min by car) and Vila Nova de Gaia's blue flag beaches (15 minutes by car ).
According to SEF (Immigration and Border Services) it will be necessary to fill an Accomodation Bulletin, with the data of the guests staying at this house.

Très belle petite maison , très propre et pratique , décorée avec sobriété et goût.Le seul petit bémol est la proximité de l'autoroute qui provoque un bruit de fond permanent pouvant être gênant la nuit (inconvénient pour les 2 chambres côté rue )
