About this house rental
I have four houses, three of them in the condominium RESIDENTIAL GUILHERMINA (ads number 4,134,171 (THIS ONE), 4,134,170, and 536 256 942), and a condominium PETIT VILLAGE with swimming pool (announcement number 4072981).
All homes feature extreme practicality and good taste, are decorated by an architect and are in a condominium overlooking the sea, facing the Mariscal Beach is a paradise because the beach is almost private, the place is beautiful because has many different beaches around to meet and all with different characteristics. The beach Mariscal is one of the cleanest in southern Brazil.

The three houses are facing the sea, has two floors, three bathrooms with shower and tempered glass box, air conditioning in all bedrooms, living room, LED TVs, WiFi, kitchen with microwave, beachfront balcony barbecue ( granite sink), laundry room with washing machine, beach chairs, sun guard, a closed garage (the condominium has more space), and are for up to 6 or 7 people, depending on the house. The three houses have the same size, but are configured differently.
Description of the Residential Wilhelmina houses:
- House 7 (ad # 4134171 (THIS ONE)): A beachfront suite double and 1 large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, which fits over a mattress. This house h for 6 people comfortable, and can put another mattress on the floor in great room.
- House 2 (ad # 4134170): A beachfront double suite, a large room with a divider (sliding door) in the middle to make two separate spaces when the door is closed. One of the spaces has a double bed and the other has three single beds. The first of these two spaces have air conditioning, which reaches the second space of the room. This house h for 7 people comfortable.
- House 6 (ad # 536 256 942): A beachfront suite double, a double bedroom and a small room with a bunk bed plus a small bed. This house h for 6 people comfortable (it is another child in the small bunk room bed, but this bed very small heh).

A casa é de frente para o mar e a vista é fantástica. A casa é funcional e está bem localizada no Canto Grande, de fácil acesso para outras praias (Conceição, Zimbros, Mariscal, Tainha). Alguns itens da casa precisam de manutenção (descargas de banheiro travavam e exalavam um odor ruim). Internet era boa e as camas dos quartos bem confortáveis.

Praia tranquila bem familiar. Localização do imóvel excelente com ótima vista e acesso muito perto e fácil da para praia.

A estadia foi muito boa, tivemos pequenos problemas quanto a estrutura do imóvel ( a caixa de descarga do vaso sanitário, ficava vazando aguá não acumulando par dar a descarga, assim q solicitamos foi consertado de forma paliativa, no dia seguinte voltou o mesmo problema.
O local é ótimo, recomendo vista maravilhosa, de frente para praia.

A casa é muito bem localizada .
O condomínio é seguro e familiar.
A limpeza da casa não é boa. Especialmente a pia da cozinha e banheiros. Nos tres banheiros tem problemas. Um entupiu e quando solicitei a resolução do problema a pessoa responsável me disse para eu mesma fazer isso com um desentupidor de vaso sanitário que já tinha na casa. Os outros banheiros tem problema na descarga. Difícil de acionar. No final da estadia o vaso do banheiro do térreo também estava entupindo. A geladeira queimou e precisei ficar um dia inteiro sem ir a praia esperando a troca do aparelho. Foi comprada uma nova, mas como perdi um dia das minhas férias foi muito desagradável. Os utensílios de cozinha são velhos e muito usados. Os eletrodomésticos são bons. Tem um cheiro desagradável no banheiro do quarto da frente no piso superior e gastei 1 litro de água sanitária tentando melhorar isso, sem muito sucesso. Enfim a casa tem ótima localização mas não foi uma estadia muito boa. Sugiro uma higienização melhor da casa.
