The unit is newly remodeled, clean and appointed with nice appliances. The bathroom was small but the shower was new and a good size. Good location. The condition of the building is in need of significant updating. And it was confusing to get into the building when the restaurant was closed.

We had another wonderful vacation in Breckenridge. The lodging was excellent. Everything was updated. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is definitely for one person at a time, but otherwise very clean with everything working properly. The best thing is the location. Everything on Main Street is easily accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed morning walks down the river walk. Overall, we would definitely recommend staying at this location.

Great location! walking distance to literally everything! And right across the street to the the slopes! However, they only gave us 1 used roll of toilet paper, and when we called to see if we can get some more, they said they will get someone to call us back... they did not! So we had to go buy our own. The entire condo was super hot so it was uncomfortable to sleep at night even when adjusting the thermostat! Broken cabinets, old food on the floor.... disappointed in everything besides the location! Wish the resort management would have atleast gave us a call back! Bad communication
