They never provided an iron I requested. There was an Iron board in the room, but no iron.

Great location, right behing Montejo avenue.
The breakfast that was included in the rate, was just the continental breakfast, we were not allowed to access the full buffet, only half of it.

They should provide a mini refrigerator and microwave. We were not able to find a microwave even in the common areas.
