Hotel Santika Premiere Garut

Staff at check in counter was professional, communicative and attentive. Breakfast selections were varies. Restaurant offered tea time no extra charge. Food in restaurant during lunch time was delicious. Heated swimming pool is a bonus. Parking for car is spacious. Room space is spacious for 2 adults.

The porter staff appeared disengaged and was not proactive in offering assistance, which was disappointing We were in a room 305 in the beginning. The AC was dripping. Maintenance was called. We moved to room 310. And AC was dripping-until we left. Reception was notified. No action. The bathroom drain is draining slowly, so water is pooling on the floor. At approximately 6:00 a.m., a group of guests in the swimming pool were making excessive noise, causing a disturbance. While I understand they were enjoying themselves, the noise level was inappropriate for that time of the morning. I contacted the receptionist to report the issue, but unfortunately there was no response or action taken.

as my room on the first floor, its queit noisy from ourside, thought that the room should be more calm
