Good location in city centre near lake. Free parking. Big comfortable room. There are fridge, teapot and dishes.

The biggest room I've ever stayed in for such a budget! And it was in its own separate building! There was everything necessary for a sleepover and even good space for remote working - I didn't need it but the dining table was very large and there was also an office chair in case I'd intend to do it.

There could have been better quality items/furniture, like pillows or window blinds but for such a price this is probably too much to ask.

Location was great.

The refrigerator did not work and the internet was not working. Cleanliness could have been at a higher level. I had to remove a big wad of hair from the shower because the drain was clogged. Not pleasant! Also, the stairs are narrow and difficult to navigate, especially for folks who have trouble with balance. Hand rails on the landing on the stairs to the outside would be good because the space is extremely small.
