Overall it was adequate for our needs. The check in was nightmarish. My niece and I drove separately as I now live in St. Louis and she is outside of Nashville. I logged the address listed on VRBO/communication and just as I reach near my destination services went down. Found what appeared to be the street but couldn’t locate cabin number. Lost my ability to call or text and GPS simply disappeared. Stopped at two homes to solicit help. Neither knew the address I cited. Drove to the nearest mini mart service and was told that there was only one tower local and that with the infusion of vacationers “ no one’s cell is working.” Finally was able to send text to the owner telling him of my difficulties and received a text..” use your phone”. Honestly WHO doesn’t use their phone GPS and how flippant! When I finally was able to establish an actual and very sketchy call I found him to be ver condescending and rude! By the time of the call my niece had arrived at the same street. She also talked with owner who she also found to be rude. We learned that there are several streets by the same name with just slight variations(some were drives, one was a road and the other was a loop…no wonder we could garner no help” anyway, as it turns out the actual location our cabin was located was in another location where the sign had been knocked down! I was very frustrated and angry at being treated so callously. The cabin was adequate but there are too many other places to stay in the area where one is treated with greater care.

The cabin is great. It's perfectly located by Paris Landing. We had enough room outside to park our truck and boat. We were also able to plug our boat in. The cabin itself it very clean and has all the cooking utensils, pots and pans to make a meal with. I'd recommend staying here if you're visiting Kentucky Lake.
