About this house rental
House and its garden facing south, completely renovated, new furniture and located 350 meters from the beach. It is located near the Col Vert hotel in La Griére
All local shops (baker, press, butcher ...), supermarket and the city center of La Tranche sur Mer are located less than 10 minutes by bike. Private pétanque area in the hamlet 50 meters from the house.

Fitted and equipped kitchen: oven, hob, dishwasher, extractor, fridge plus freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, bath grill, food processor ...
1 living room of 37m2 with fireplace, sofa, armchair, flat screen TV, bluetooth speaker, wifi box and table for 8 people
1 bathroom with Italian shower, basin, furniture, towel dryer and hair dryer
1 bathroom with shower cubicle and WC
1 bedrooms with a 160 bed plus wardrobe
1 bedroom with a 140 bed plus wardrobe
1 bedroom with 90 bunk beds ideal for 2 children or teenagers plus wardrobe
Baby equipment: cot + baby high chair
Facilities: Laundry area with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. Possibility to park 5 to 6 bikes in the garage.
Terrace and a 450m2 tree-lined garden with table for 8 people, 4 sun loungers, an outdoor lounge with sofa, 2 armchairs and coffee table
Weber barbecue. We provide 4 petanque triplets.
Possibility of packages in addition to the price and live:
- Cleaning fee of 40 euros
- Linen package at 10 euros per room
- Towel package at 4 euros per person (1 large + a small towel + 1 glove per person).
Nautical activities on site: Surfing, Kite surfing, wake, catamaran, sand yachting Possibility of boat rental with or without license
Free bus shuttle in summer with a stop close to the house such as bike and walking tours.

- La Tranche - Ile de Ré boat shuttle ideal for a day and avoid traffic jams

You will be asked for a deposit on the day of arrival by check in the amount of 500 euros.
Possibility to arrive on Friday Saturday or Sunday and rental possibilities on weekends with 3 nights minimum.

Séjour reposant à La Tranche-sur-Mer ! Sympathique petite location à 5 minutes à pieds d'une jolie plage. Maison agréable, bien décorée, bien équipée avec joli petit jardin. Rien à redire.
